Markiplier, one of only a few people in the world capable of breaking me out of a bad mood. His happiness is contagious. Also a fan of TheRPGMinx a.) because she's awesome and b.) she doesn't bother trying to censor her language. And since she's British, I don't recommend her channel for younger audiences. I've also watched Azizrian and MasaeAnela (who specializes in Nintendo games).

I've been watching Youtube videos/Let's Plays for years now!
My favourite is IHasCupquake but I also love Cryaotic's videos and my boyfriend got me into Achievement Hunter last year. I also recently started watching Markiplier's videos and Dan and Phil's new(ish) gaming channel too!
I can watch them for days or just listen to them in a background tab, they're so fun to watch c: ❤️
ManlyBadassHero is my all-time favorite Let's Player, he mostly plays indie RPGs and the typical big release games, and he's got a really nice voice and personality.
I sometimes watch Cry as well, but I haven't watched any full LPs from him for months, I enjoy his creepypasta readings, though.
I've watched some LPs in the past but have no favorite. lame
Look, I think I've found a topic for you. :)
Thanks for the ping! C:
I'm listening to them while doing my Quests etc on Youtube, especially in times when music only annoys me most of the time. For me a LPer must have a voice that appeals to me, and I also do prefer them more serious and not screaming and bitching all the time. A good example for a "NO!!!" for me would the TheRadBrad (or whatever that... guy... is called).
My absolute favorite LPer are Heringway and Gronkh, but sometimes I even watch videos of Leinad0503. I like that these three not only talk about the games but also their real life etc, and especially Gronkh has a very great humor. BONUS: Awesome voice, pretty guy. Same goes to Heringway. ;D
And since most people here mention the same channels, I've looked at Markiplier now, and I have to say.... the video I watched brought me to the conclusion that he is annoying. He sounds like a Showmaster. I don't know if he behaves like a caveman in every video but this one was a very bad example. XD
ManlyBadassHero sounds pretty nice yes, good voice. Will try to remember his name as well. XD
i've only watched some of Markiplier to see how he's like, and the man is capable of acting like a normal guy, especially in his earlier videos. It's sad to see that he had to put on a Pewdiepie-esque persona to attract viewers.
Manly's really nice to listen to, and I love how passionate he's about the games he plays, he always adds all the other endings at the end of the final part of his LPs.
Well, if he behaves like that just to attract viewers... it's even worse. At least in my opinion. LPers should be like they really are and not act completely different just to be famous. :/
I watch Markiplier videos when my friend sends them to me, and I love the RoosterTeeth "Rage Quit" series (though I don't bother with the group in general; I just find Michael flipping out while Gavin laughs like a dork hilarious), but the only Let's Plays I actually watch the whole series of are SorcererDave's Elder Scrolls ones. I don't think he's particularly famous (not that I really keep up on this stuff), but I like his style. He's not too over-the-top, but he's still pretty funny, and he gets really into the roleplaying aspect of the game, which I enjoy.
I watch a lot of LP's. I go between quite a few youtubers. The most recent one I started watching was Jacksepticeye.
Lucahjin has always been my number one LPer! I love her dark and mature sense of humor - she's put such a hilarious spin on some of my favorite games, and she does a great job of introducing games in a friendly, inclusive way. I also appreciate how low-key she is. She's not loud or over the top at all, and she's incredible at delivering jokes that would otherwise be annoying if, say, Markiplier or PewDiePie said them instead. She's so genuine!
That being said, I do love Markiplier too! I mostly watch his funny videos, although it's fun to see him jump at horror games every once in a while. I can only tolerate him when I'm prepared for my ears to be assaulted by his loud voice, haha.

I've been super into Rooster Teeth/Achievement Hunter for years now, they're my darlings. <3 (And by darlings I mean I have two Michael themed shirts because I'm that far gone.)
Slyfoxhound is also a super great dude, I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone, even if he is more on the loud, hyper side. I got into Game grumps a few years back, kind of dropped them when Jon split, but I've really gotten back into them recently, Dan seems like a really awesome guy.
And then who else... Markiplier I found through his FNaF videos... he seems cool. Most of his stuff is too jumpscare oriented for me, but as a person he seems nice enough, and that gives me some appreciation for him. Lolrenaynay is an aweeesome streamer, so I guess she counts too. Once in a while I'll watch a TBFP or Yogscast video too, but those are kind of like my backup entertainment.
So.... yeah, Let's Players. Good times.
I watch AH as well, but less now than I used to. I tend to have phases when their noise levels are just too much for me and I go watch calmer vids XD
My other mainstays are ProtonJon (he has mostly Nintendo stuff), SuperJeenius (awesome P3 and P4 full s-link runs, great blind Ace Attorney first game run), Quill18 (mostly strategy games like Civ and Europa Universalis, plus city simulators), Helloween4545 (mostly horror games) and cKnoor (Bloodbowl - I can't stand American football but Bloodbowl is fun).
I tried watching a couple of LPers quite some time ago but it seemed like they were not for me because everything was loud and hectic and their taste in humor did not agree with me, and so I gave up and forgot about them up until a friend recommended Cryaotic for me.
I haven't seen all of his LPs, but from what I've seen, he seems incredibly calm and polite, and is overall very pleasant to listen to because he hardly shouts and never spews slurs at the characters as far as I can tell. Cry is also quite entertaining, especially when he gets in the character of who he is playing.
Another one whose LPs I've enjoyed is Bisnap, although I've only watched a selected few of his playthroughs since most of his games are super indie ones that I don't really have much interest in (at least quite yet). I'd say Bisnap belongs to the same category with Cry when it comes to LPers, he's very calm and collected and I don't think I've ever heard him utter a swear word in a game, ever. Because loud noises stress me out in general, these two have been quite the gems for me.
Let's see...I ADORE ChipCheezum and General Ironicus, their LP of Metal Gear Solid 3 has left me crying from laughter several times. I also quite like NintendoCapriSun, he seems like such a sweet guy. Of course, my other weakness are screenshot LP's, so RedChocobo, TheDarkId, and FromEarth are amazing <3
edit: Had typos due to an ad deciding to load WHERE I TYPE MY POST.
Yes!! I like RT as well (RIP Monty Oum), and their Rage Quit/Achievement Hunter videos. They also seem really chill and down-to-earth; me and my friends randomly met some of the staff in an Austin bar once! I also love Tobuscus (I watched his ENTIRE 300+ video playthrough of Skyrim) and PewDiePie (and his Italian gf is adorable). For Japanese gamers, I love what I've seen of Hikakin's playthrough of Ao Oni (Blue Demon). He's an adorable scaredycat. I haven't tried Markiplier's videos yet. My friend raves about him, so I might soon.
I'm partial to RT/AH, Game Grumps, Nerdcubed, and Cr1tikal, myself. They're all so entertaining and I end up in tears, I'm laughing so hard. But Achievement Hunter is absolutely my favorite.
i like watching pewdiepie mostly for his horror and rage games + chaoticmonki for indie games~
i love watching let's plays. my favorite LPers are definitely achievement hunter and game grumps, but i also enjoy batman9502's legend of zelda LPs and cobanermani456's mario let's plays.
