I am doing Major Drills' quests and I did what he asked but he isn't letting me complete it.

I currently have this as my quest:

Send a gift through the Gift Center THEN Scratch a Scratchcard

I did them in the opposite order accidentally but I tried again in the proper order (so both things have been done twice) and he still says I haven't completed these.

I think my time has run out but neither had been showing as being completed...both were red.
