Right now the sidebar is bugged. :( Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. Right now you can only delete them all at once or the bottom one (I am pretty sure the middle - deletes the bottom one).
Most currencies have some type of gift card option, as far as I know.
You can always make a thread in Suggestions and Ideas (assuming there isn't an active one there already). :)
Since this has been resolved I am going to go ahead and lock this up!
