Is there any way we could move retired items from our cw shops into an archive page?
There are a couple items that are now sold out, and while I don't have too many items -at the moment-, I can definitely imagine the clutter of items that will gather in the next few months. It would be lovely to move those items which can't have more copies available, to an archive / different page (:
I second 's suggestion - or even a way to sort by amount available, for example?
My item, Field of Remembrance Poppies is still not counting the sales of it. Should I submit a ticket?
Can the drop-down menu link be changed ? The link used to be this page, but now in order to get there we have to go to the main CW shop's page, go to our manage shop page, go to our manage CW's page, and find the link to the "custom clothing home" page... It's really flippin' bothersome.
This. This is a pain in the ass. It does not streamline anything since I have to click a bunch to get to it - it also prevents me from easily checking to make sure I've paid all my slots if I accidentally delete the ping (which happens since I'm on my phone on here a lot). Please have the drop-down link connect to the main CW submission/payments/etc page instead of to our shops.
...or we could have both links on the dropdown, the old one + a "CW market" where we'd see the shops. I wouldn't mind it at all.
Still hoping the "___ put ___ on their CW shop!" alerts can be switched from triggering when an item is placed on the shop to triggering when an item gets priced (preferably without a pw) on the shop x: The wording on the alert could stay the same, since an item only gets "put" in a shop for the public when it gets priced anyway.
Hi again! Would it be possible to have a box option that says 'send event to cw shop followers'?
As it is now, as soon as an item is moved in the shop, an event is sent to everyone saying it is now available in our cw shop, even if we haven't had the time to price / categorize said item (which makes it invisible)!
There is also the delicate question of private items, where everyone sees a new item, just to find out it is restricted - feels like rubbing it in people's faces to announce an item they cant have. It would be great if they showed up in the cw shop, without a mass ping announcing it. So basically, a kind of 'yes, it's okay to post an event regarding this item for sale', a sort of confirmation!
(do I make sense? D: )
I agree with , it's kinda annoying to get events for items people are adding to their shop...but not selling at that moment, because they haven't added a price to it. I think maybe making it send an event out when you add a price to it would be nice.
I also think the custom wearable feed was poorly implemented. There should be pages with everyones shop and options to search for a shop instead of making it random or having us alter the URL!
Yep, I definitely agree with Cathii, it sucks to get pinged for private stuff. We should only be pinged for stuff that we can actually buy. x_x I'm only in a couple of groups and I've already been pinged to things, gone to check them out and found that they're not even available to me...just leaves a really bad taste in my mouth to be honest and makes me not want to even buy many CWs anymore.
I've been avoiding the CW forums for a while as the whole private thing is just everywhere and it's easy to feel alienated; ping groups were nice as you could avoid all of that and still buy CWs from shops that you were interested in.
Cathii's suggestion seems like it would be an easy fix so I hope it's implemented soon!
I am enjoying the new CW shop but I agree with those who have said there needs to be a better way to browse through the shops. I hate refreshing the feed trying to see other shops. I am not necessarily searching for a particular shop, just browsing to see what other people have for sale that I might wish to buy.
I want to ask this too. Say you set the CW at 600 CSC (base price). You'd then be earning 90 CSC per purchase. But if you set it at 650 CSC, you'd just earn 50 CSC, and the buyer would still pay a higher price. Shouldn't the base price be 500 CSC? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
The base price is 500 csc c: If you price your item at 500, instead of a 0 profit, you get 75? or something like that (I've honestly forgotten right now) but if you price at 600 I can tell you for 100% sure you'll be getting 100! (Or if you price at 650, you get 150, etc -- that's how it has been working for me so far)
...right, so that glitch hasn't been fixed yet x_X We were supposed to be able to sell them at 500 and get a little bit of support as an incentive from Subeta so we'd make our things more accessible :x
But still, my shop has sold a couple items for 600 and a couple for 650 and I got 100 and 150 on both counts, so that part is right ^_^
I see, thank you very much for the help! :)
No prob! If you ever get profits wrong (should be anything above 500 csc), don't hesitate on making a ticket, right after the system was pushed things were buggy and a couple friends had that issue, but were properly refunded ^_^
[edit] The description added on newer categories doesn't seem to be working properly :/ I'm going to wait a bit longer, but I've changed descriptions on both an older category and a new one and the older one updated instantly. Tried with minimal amount of characters and without scode, didn't seem to affect the outcome.
Ok, it sorted itself after a while, or so it seems. Yay!
I have perhaps an odd question, what if I want to delete a follower of my shop? I don't see a way to delete followers. Like how you can delete people from your ping group if you so choose. Up til now I've only deleted users that were frozen from my ping group.
Can you give me an example of why you'd want to do that? It's meant to be a system for other people to follow you, not for you to curate a list of people for :)

~ For example, if I don't want someone to have access to buying things from my shop because they, for lack of a better term, screwed me over on not paying for their slot... after they claimed a slot on my thread for an item I was selling, then outright just not buying the item after having me hold it for them for two weeks. I'm sorry, this is probably not the place for this kind of complaint, but it just makes me so angry. I guess I just have to get over it and move on.... (Plus to delete any users that end up frozen :) I guess that part doesn't really matter, I just like it to be all tidy looking and not messy). If this is a feature that you did not intend for the cw shops, it's fine. I was just curious if it was something that would be added or not. Thank you!
