Alright, now they're overdoing it... Laurel shooting an arrow from Oliver's Compound bow, just like that? Last week, a friend of mine (who is used to her Recurve bow) tested a Compound bow (from another friend). Even though she was used to her Recurve bow's draw weight, she could barely pull the Compound bow's draw weight and aim the arrow at the target. The arrow hit the hall's floor, followed by the far wall (and quite far from her original aim). And Laurel, who I doubt ever had a bow in her hands before, manages to shoot with a Compound bow and hit the target specified by Oliver on the first try? Am I really supposed to believe that?

Well, next week's the final episode of Season 2. After that, it will be waiting for Season 3 to get licensed and translated... :)

I'm not sure if any of you is still around and interested, but I'll just presume that you are :) I found something very interesting here on youtube, considering the capabilities of an archer. The video's description's highly informative as well and I began to re-think about "probability" and "reality" of Ollie's shooting skills. I'm only used to the "boring" modern, olympic archery after all. Some of Oliver's stunts still seem far-fetched to me, but to a lesser extent than before.

Laurel's just straight-up ridiculous in general. I mean she's meant to be training, but not with an arrow. Just punching things with all that festered up MY SOUL IS ON FIRE ANGST. (wait until you see season 3 Laurel lol)

Ohhhh I'm so behind on Arrow mea culpa I still haven't seen any more eps, I'm still stuck back in the beginning of October episode wise. Thanks, though! Will be very interested in checking out that video when I'm home, I love seeing people show off skills I wish I had. I imagine I'll be the same way when I get to that episode. I'm okay with some suspension of disbelief but when it's that large, uh...yeah no.

I'm honestly amazed by Lars' skills and a lot of those stunts, I wouldn't dare to copy. Like catching an arrow in midair. And not only because my archery teacher would have my hide if I tried something like that o.o

It's been too long since the last episode of Season 2, but I do remember that Ollie had his quiver "hollywood-style" on his back. And now I'm wondering how he managed to not lose his arrows while running and jumping around xD

Season 3 is announced for March this year, so I'll be able to catch up in less than 2 months ^^

Season 3 is such a let down. It's pretty bad. :C I now watch it for my quota of daily laughs to be met. ;O; The writers did a great job of destroying Felicity's character.

The Flash is okay. I like its energy though I haven't seen many episodes.

Exactly. I'm not even sure if I'm willing to pursuit such bad writing. I felt like a lot of things were rushed. Although I understand that it's a TV show, the bad writing can be a hell of a plot hole.

To those who have caught up and want to hear me complain:

I was able to watch the first few episodes of Season 3 in the free TV now... And really, what the heck did they do to Felicity?

Aside from other things I don't get: Oliver's Compound bow is retractable so it fits into the palm of his hand? A Compound bow is made of one piece, plus I'd love to see the material that can shrink itself like that o.O

In Hong Kong (in the flashback), Waller states that Oliver saved a plane bound from Paris to Hong Kong from getting shot down while on that island. Alright, MAYBE this flight crossed over the island, but when Waller said that she had to cross the Atlantic Ocean to meet Oliver in Hong Kong, I was like: "What? If she'd said 'Pacific' I'd buy it, but no matter from where in the world she came to Hong Kong (to me she implied that she took that same Paris - Hong Kong flight) there's no way she crossed the Atlantic." Or maybe it was a translation error and in the original, it is the Pacific... :D

Felicity's character slowly got butchered over season three. It gets far, far worse, I'm afraid. :c /cries Wait until you see what her grand plan was last episode. /cringes Also, bye bye, Diggle. His development gets ignored.
