I think all of the descriptions were updated - it's possible you're waiting on cache for the new version to show up.

Why aren't CWs being held to the same standards with regard to names as real items? Does staff really think that users will be any less offended by the item if it's a CW and not an official item? Why can't the creator of that CW be asked to come up with a new name?

With there being an exception made for a CW, this change seems rather superficial, and it also makes it seem like the site's need for money is more important than the site's desire to be mature and non-offensive.

Simply meaning we did not want to automatically change the item name, as we did with official items, without discussing an appropriate change with the item's creator.

We've reached out to the creator of the CW and we're going to change it once we've talked to them about how they want to change it.
