When I have the 'Play a Carnival Game' quest from Major Drills, playing Ruffie Raffle doesn't seem to count. It should totally count if it doesn't. If it does count and I've actually lost my mind let me know D:

Ruffie Raffle is not considered a game (it's a daily freebie), so drills will not count it. Sorry!
