I have one, final pet to finish and I'm looking for someone to use my (super) rough draft to create his profile. I am so excited to have everyone finished and sittin' pretty, because my life is starting a very busy (but exciting!) chapter and I won't have as much time for Subeta. So, without further ado, here is my rough draft that I need recreated (with more awesomeness like textures, etc.) and then coded: click! And here is the corresponding artwork by : click!

If you take a look at my pets' profiles, you'll see that they share a handful of common elements: pull-out tabs, smaller Treasure Chest items with opacities (Sid has six items in his), scrollbar overlays, the way in which their owner and color/species is listed, and how artists and coders are credited in the background image. I want this repeated in Sid's profile, too. (:

What kind of font do you want for the name btw? The exact one you used on the mockup? Or just something in a similar style?

I think the font is a little too smooth. Something a little sharper or rougher would fit Sid better, because he's an ugly, grouchy dude.

I'll keep looking then. This works nicely as a guideline for what kind of font to look for. ^^

New wip

I tried a graffiti style font. Figured you'd be able to find that in a lot of places where you also find rats. x) And tried some sort of grungy patterns for the background and stripe.

I like the background texture! I think for the stripe, a floral texture would work nicely. Sid actually lives with an elderly woman who has mistaken him for her cat, so it kind of echoes what her home would look like. I found a couple that I like: click! and click!

As for the font, maybe something like this. (:
