I am not sure whether this is an actual bug or actually intended, but since the Ruffie Raffle was placed on the Carnival grounds, I thought that playing it would count as a task for the Major when he asks for 'Play a carnival game'.

It didn't count it for me, so hence the topic. Using Google Chrome, the newest version 37.0.2062.124 m.
