This happened to me yesterday and again today, fairly certain that it was with the same item, and it has happened before but I'm not sure if it was the same item that time but today Maleria asked me for a Black Sai, and I bought it and went to finish the quest and I got a MySQL error, went back, tried to hand in again, didn't have the item. So I bought a second one and handed that in just fine. But as I said, it's the second day in a row that that squirrel has eaten my Sai and (though they aren't expensive) I am not impressed.

Has anyone else raised this as an issue?

Well she didn't ask me for a Sai yesterday or today, but it hasn't happened with anything else either. Will keep a wary eye on her squints
