If you are wondering how to obtain certain achievements, you can "Copy and Paste" the achievement you do not understand. Achievements are a way to have some goals for what you are doing on the site, I'm pretty addicted to them myself. Some achievements have special rewards for earning (you will see the yellow star next to the achievement).

You cannot stick a sticker to your own album. You must have another friend to help you (this is to help you make some friends on Subeta :)) - if you want to find people to help you stick the stickers, there are a few topics in Achievements forum to help you :)

And sorry to have to start you off with a little bit of house-keeping - Each board has rules/guides stickied to the top to help keep them tidy. One of the rules for Welcomes is that it's for new accounts only, and your account has been around for a bit longer.
