So, my color should now be a light pastel green. It's still the white color. And I'm down 100 csc. I've lodged a ticket about it, and am still waiting. On average, how long does it take for staff to address tickets?

No, it wasn't. Angelina said she would get onto it, but I haven't heard back.

What browser were you using when you attempted to change it? What color is it showing now (I'm assuming the previous color)?

I am using chrome. And yes, it's still showing the plain white.
