I went to our forum group page to get correct spelling for some.. pillows. THAT is what I found. WTH is that?! We need to figure this out. You'll see in the img under the spoiler a "shared item" called a Kumos Button Down. It's free. It's in the beta wardrobe which I am unfamiliar with and it says 10 users can wear it.

Can all of y'all "purchase" this item? How does this work? Where did it come from?

this is an intentional new feature of Forum Groups, and it appears that it's been pushed beyond beta now. I had a group where I was testing out the Vesnali threads going to infinite since that sorta thing is possible now, and a shared item was added to it (I think mine's different from yours?)

It's been intended by Keith and Suggesters that the shared item be limited, and that other items could be set up by you the FG owner. I'm not sure why your Kumos item was forced on us. This item already exists on site, and FG items are supposed to be unique to Forum Groups.

I wish that item was an actual item. I want that for my gallery :/

You also missed something, hon. Apparently groups have bank accounts, now. We can donate money to our group somehow O_o

EDIT: I just went to my own group and those Kumos shirts can be bought with group money. WHAT THE HECK is group money?!?

I went there, clicked on the beta wardrobe and it took me there...... there is a section called Shared Items, and lo & behold the Kumos Button-Down was there :)

I think this is now site wide beta of the new forums. I believe all groups were given an item to test the functionality of the festures and get everyone accustomed to how it works before implementing the pay feature (as this was a highly debated new feature during closed beta).

In the future, it should be an item or items that are put into the shared option by the group owner/admins. They will apparently have a price and a limit.

Don't panic xD I think every group can chose an item they want to share with all the members (or maybe not all) of the group. But idk if we have to buy them or not. We'll see!

I can't find the Kumos Button Down on SBL, I'm not sure if I should add it or wait since this is in very early testing (if I'm understanding you and reaper) - obviously I'm clueless about this, I really should pay more attention but the only forums I spend any amount of time hanging out in are the Lair and Battle Chat.

I have no idea, . But I can nail it down to after the anniversary/birthday celebration started. I know this because things were calm onsite and just before it started I went to the group list to make a list of members to start getting ready for Morostide with characters in names and number of pets. I like how we're looking tho.

I also have the Kumos Button-down in my beta wardrobe. It is under shared items. I also checked out our "group" page. As someone else has said, there is also a feature for us to "donate" sP to the group. I don't know exactly what the purpose of this is yet, but its interesting. I would love to donate to our group, maybe for some great group sponsored events, or whatever other ideas we could come up with, but we need more details. Like, who controls the sP account, and how can we use the sP???

It doesn't take sP to wear the shirt. THe shirt is free. I also got the cheerleading outfit when the new wardrobe features began a few weeks ago. In our group page, not in the wardrobe, members can "donate" sP to the group. But I am not sure what that feature is leading up to.

Don't test it. If anyone lost sP that they didn't mean to lose I would freak right the censored out!

At the time they were testing them out, you could have two copies of the same item in your Wardrobe. One that belonged to you and one from the Group. My Group's item was an item like that. Now it appears to have been changed to the same as yours. FG items are now meant to be unique? Anyways, I checked the test group and there are no new changes there so we're all mushrooms for now.
