-Disease Unfortunately, staff has said in the past that they cannot do anything about not receiving credits from offers and surveys since they are offered through another company. If you want to contact their support, you may be able to get the CSC rewarded but we cannot do anything on our end.

But to answer your question, I did a survey and did not get the CSC.
