It's the Anniversary day I know I've been waiting for and I'm sure you guys have been too! This calls for a flash contest! You have until tomorrow at 8pm Subeta time to get this challenge done!

What I'd love to see from you is an HA based on ONE of the following themes (please do not choose both or I won't count your entry!):

Seeing as it's a birthday party, make a party HA based on either an Omen Islands or a Centropolis theme.

The rules are simple:

Make an HA based on one of the above themes.

You can use any generator you'd like

Please ping me to the thread upon posting your HA - in other words - please post HA here and ping me to this thread at the same time

Items used need to please be listed. If you'd like to use a spoiler that's fine.

How the scoring will go:

I will score the HAs based on the following criteria:

1) 10 points for the thought/cohesiveness that's been put into your HA. Does it work well together? Does it flow? I'll be looking for that!

2) 10 points for the creativity

3) 10 points for a good description

Bonus Points!!!

Up to 2 points can be earned for use of a background related to the theme chosen and its creative use of it and/or background items

Up to 5 points can be earned for using only 10 items on the entire HA in both a CREATIVE and COHESIVE MANNER in honour of the 10th anni!

3 points if you actually OWN and can WEAR the entire HA you create!!!

These 10 points can really push you over the edge to a win so try for them all!

The prize is a surprise but you'll like it! :D

Description: I chose Centropolis as my theme because it reminds me of New York City so much (my favourite city). One aspect of NYC is the musical performers scattered out and about. There's nothing better than having a picnic in Central Park while musicians display their talents in the background. I've dressed up my HA in honour of these musicians and NYC's bohemian, artsy culture. Go art!

i chose omen islands because i'm a huge fan of the tropical, the ethereal, and the nautical. i thought i'd be able to make a more mystical HA by basing it on omen islands, and i was going for a mean island sea goddess look. :~)

Lucy the Red is one of the most formidable pirates that make Omen Islands her home port. No one messes with Lucy! Her ship is the Red Dragon and her crew is among the most cutthroat pirates ever to sail the seas of Subeta. When she's in port you can find her on her ship preparing for her next voyage. Lucy started from humble beginnings. A simple Island girl until she had the misfortune to meet and fall in love with a pirate. Turned out the pirate had a girl in every port so heartbroken Lucy swore revenge. She became a pirate herself and shipped out with various crews until she amassed enough coin to buy her own ship. After hiring her own crew she set out to destroy the pirate who broke her heart. She decimated his ship and had him keelhauled and then what was left of him walked (dragged) the plank. May he sleep in Davy Jones Locker forever. Everyone knows you don't cross Lucy the Red and live to tell the tale!

An aspiring art student who is taking her time in one of the fancier buildings in Centropolis, hoping to find her muse in the allure of the high-rising city.

Description: breathes Ah, such a beautiful morning, warm breeze, warm sun, that's what I love about summer! Although Centropolis is a very busy city, this green corner is covered by calm trees and it's the perfect place to host a party and have a great time with your friends and family!

About Arwen's clothing: Arwen's got a Yellow themed outfit which reflects the idea of summer and sun! She's got delicate and comfortable sandals and dress, as well as a red lip gloss, which highlights elegance too.

Carawick and I chose Omen Islands because that is where we feel most connected. Carawick came into your Shamanic powers at an early age but didn't know how to use them. Over the years she has trained with the best and is now one of the most powerful Shamans in the art of water healing. She can summon the water spirits to her as she has here and they help and guide her in her healing arts. She loves the water, how it's coolness calms her and that it's life sustaining properties are so powerful. She loves walking along the beach and being one with the outdoors and water spirits.
