The 404 errors are when new servers spin up and haven't made it through their setup process to download Subeta yet. Unfortunately we can't control when they get added to the load balancer (so the process is bring server up -> add to balancer -> download subeta files) so there will always be a few minutes of 404 errors when a new server comes up.

Otherwise we've made some tweaks and hopefully things chill out now :) We've been working with a new architecture since I posted that server updates thread and it's required some changes here and there, and unfortunately sometimes one of those changes can create a death spiral.

Since this seems to have cleared up now I am going to go ahead and lock this thread now. :)
