Could you change Tippetarius to blue holding a book instead of a heart?

ok so let me see if I've got this right. we cannot use them as an overlay? but what if the colors were tweaked a little? wouldn't that be ok if they werent exactly blacklight colors, but just black with a rainbow type thing?

and I guess the crown depends on whether or not i can figure out a way to be able to get an overlay :/ but i just love your work so much
