Yea, that place was the death of me too for ages, until I buckled down and was going "will I use this a lot? Do I really need it, or just think its neat? Is it worth that price?" etc and then tried to forget the art forums and sales forums exist

Nah this is a different present 8D I wrote like a whole lot of nice things, quotes, inspirational things and song lyrics onto slips of paper and put it into a glass jar for a friend who is recovering from an eating disorder and self harm.

yeah I'm pretty sure I used about 80 sheets of paper and wrote like 300+ things? She's been clean of self harm since July of last year which I'm so proud of her for!

I was actually thinking about putting her in there because I really missed her earlier :/

Yeah a little bit :/ I am just like... I wouldnt have been with her this year for christmas anyway but I would have known she'd be with mum but... she's just not? We're planniing on just spending it together the four of us because lee doesn't want to be around my family since he hardly knows them and i dont want to be around his family because they just do christmas so much different to what I'm used to.

Holidays is a good time as ever for him to start to get to know your family, though. How's it done differently, I'm nosey. Besides, sometimes its good to start your own things as a group-family.
