Thanks! What exactly does Morostide entail?

60m in your shop?! Are you a restocker?

a restocker? Not at all bursts out laughing I'm actually a pretty lazy user in regards to making sP. The only reason I have it is because I am very very slow in spending it. :) I've been here nearly eight years, and for the past four/five years, I've just been shoving all the items I get into my vault. A few days ago, I took basically EVERYTHING from my vault, items I'd had for years, and shoved 'em in my shop. I ended up sticking in over ten thousand items. So this is all those items selling.

But I'm being bad, and already hoarding again. All the quest rewards I get get stuffed in the vault. :D SMART users probably put them in shops, but again, I'm lazy.

Morostide is the Subeta Halloween. You've probably noticed a bunch of user avatars getting dressed up in costumes (like my own fallen fairie). In addition, you've probably see a bunch of swirly monocles on avatars, or spilled held bags. These are costumes designed for fun, and special released items that have benefits. The monocle (I'm actually wearing one underneath my black eyes) allows users to get hexed less during trick or treating. The spilled bag item allows users a greater (but still small!) chance of getting a special minion during the Pumpkin Patch.

Trick or treating is pretty simple. As long as you have the "options" category set up on your profile, users during Morostide can click on a trick or treat link. Users will give out different prizes. On past years, it's been based on username length, last year it was switched to number of pets. You'll also have the option to egg or TP a user. This was originally created and modified a users post with a TP or egg background, but they've gotten rid of the modification. now it's just for funsies.

The Pumpkin Patch is a place on site (in Shadowglen) where an NPC called Jaxon grows pumpkins (supposedly. :P). During Morostide, you can visit the patch on a timer (typically every few hours) and select one of four different areas. You will get random prizes. If you get a special minion named Snowflaik, you can return her to Jaxon for a prize (I believe the last few years he gave out a rabbit minion called a Patch. I don't recall if he gives anything else or not). There are other special minions, one released per year. If you catch the newest minion in the year it was released, you get an achievement.

, I just checked, you do! It's the one that has the "mail user" and "buddy request" buttons. :) I don't know if you've tried editing your profile yet, but if you do, there's an option called "add content", if you click on that, it'll give you all sorts of sections you can add to your profile. by the way, don't look to mine as a standard! I'm a very very simple user, so I haven't done ANYTHING fancy with my profile. Or my pets. But if you look around at other users, you'll see some really lovely profiles and pets.

I've left out other things that happen during the event, but I've hit on the main points. Everything should be announced in the news though, so I'm sure you won't miss anything. :) As for the costumes, with the start of Morostide a lot of spooky and costume-y items are released, so maybe some of those will give you inspiration.

it's way better since they changed it - a lot less mind-numbing stuff, and it's quite a bit quicker. I've gotten about four SBQ in the last two days, two retired! :D

Yea, the rewards can be really nice and for the most part the only cost is time, and very little sp involved.

haha yeah, I absolutely HATED them then. Confusing and took forever! Plus now I actually have motivation to work on them so I can finally get Drills as a challenger XD

I've done 361 :-/ I do a lot of quests every day, but I really just didn't ever do Drills, haha.

I really like his rewards for the longest time, and even when he was just giving out plugs and canes (and his other things) I really enjoyed getting those rewards since at the time the items would resell for 10-40k.

You'll get drills soon enough :D Though he is a pain in the butt, with the no healing. I think he has no healing
