I just a few moments ago bought a and opened it, selecting the painting. It then went to the usual page where it tells me the I pulled the item out but instead of actual images of the items (both the satchel and the painting) it showed me the blue question mark.

Now neither item is in my inventory and I'm really bummed because that is 5mil+ gone. Poof.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks you two, I will! I didn't see this at all in the known errors/bugs and wanted to make sure someone else hadn't already sent in a ticket for this.

It's no problem - it does actually require both: a ticket so a UA can restore the item(s) and a programmer to look into the bug.

So, I just tested this out, and while the images were broken, I DID get the painting. Have you tried doing an account search for it? Is it possible you missed it?

Thanks for the tip, because -weird- the painting turned up in my vault despite me never clicking on it to go there (plus it shouldn't have gone there just from me opening the satchel). I'm really glad to have my item back though :,D Should I still file the ticket for this bug?

Since you do have the item, there's no need to file a ticket. :)

I am informing the programmers of the issues, though, so I'll leave the thread open.
