I did try to draw a bunny last time - im not too sure what it turned out to be. I mean, I guess it was cute but if it weren't for the floppy ear it might've just been a 'small cute animal' lol x.x

(which turned out to be useless since the staff rejected the ci for not being related to the overlay haha)

OMG she melted down when you asked about animals too? I asked possibly for a bird for a design and she tried. Refused to show what she had done tho. I like what we came up with better, but still. Poor dear. We all keep trying to get her to do it and she tries her little heart out and then tells us no.

She did indeed. She ended up drawing me my bunnies (and penguins), but not without a fight. She also drew me a giraffe-horse-bear-thing that was supposed to be a legeica.

I've known Cathii for 7 years now I think? And I've probably tried to convince her to come to the bird side of life for that long. She really does not like drawing birds. I poke her because I know she can do it she just underestimates herself.

it's never been the lack of wanting to draw animals or anatomy, but I have what all artists fear - not being confident enough, sadly. I keep thinking I'll try, it fails on the first try of course, and then I resume to drawing things that -i know- I can pull off.

It's a pretty bad idea overall because it stops progress. But my bf actually bought some drawing tutorials for me so now I really have to give it a real shot and stop being lazy!
