There's one part I'm a bit unclear on. Do you just want someone to code the image you made or is that just to show an example of how it could look?

I tried making a mock-up of how I thought it could look It's just black and white because I don't know what colors you'd want, and I just slapped some textures/patterns on for a little detail. ^_^

Oh how cool! Hm. If it work and its not to much work for you, I would like my Image, someone to code my Image. I really would love that if I click the Chibi Devonti it will show up the Petlookup from this Pet. -You know what I mean? Does it work? Maybe if I hove the names of Pet show up please and a hover right (blackbar) Comments? ____

I'll start off by cutting a bit off the right side of the image though. ^^; The white border doesn't go all the way out.

Would it be possible for you to make a version without the pet images as well? It might be easier/better to place them with coding. Though I will try that one first.

Hmm, if I am able to do this, it'll definitely take some time. o.o The multiple backgrounds needed are giving me trouble. I need at least 3 background images. =/ One that repeats vertically, one horizontally and then the main on that doesn't repeat. -_-

And making the comment hover over the Illumis shouldn't be a problem. But then the illumis shouldn't link to a pet profile?

Ah sure. x.x All Pets have Petprofiles. It doesnt matter if theres no Way to give the Illumis a Link to Petprofil and if it dont do both Profil + Comment Hover. So the Comment Hover could be anywhere you like.

Well I got the multiple backgrounds to work. :)

I think you might need to add a section to column2 with the pet images, so that they can be positioned properly.
