is the Frosted Over Branch still available?

Would you do 250 on Delicate Sea Tied Strands? I know that's what you would get if you pawned it and you might wanna try to get more, but it really is an impulse buy for me so I'm not sure how much use I would get out of it. If you want to see if you get other offers on it between now and when you decide to pawn it, that's fine, but if you could sell it to me for 250 instead of pawning it, that would be helpful. And if I don't end up using it I'll just pawn it so it'll go there eventually.
