Yeah, that's a set that could use some work, and it isn't even full. I'd advise you to drop Massaquerade and probably the Frostbite Amulet and invest in Rainbow Vortex(Full block), Deluxe Death Shard(Guaranteed freeze), and probably a Reviver of the Lion for a back-up 90% heal beside the Phoenix Quill's 100%. If you haven't already bought an Purple Spider Squeaky Toy, I'd say go for an Reborn Icewand of Doom(takes Healer position) due to its 10% heal, chance to freeze, and 2 mod slots, and fill those with a pair of Singed Baguette Crystal's for the chance to activate their blessing.

Also, are you using any scrolls, and do they have any healing? Soothing Current provides 8%, is reusable, and only costs 6 AP when equipped., but I know there are better ones out there at a higher level.
