Showing you a sample below:

Hover over the item, and you will see a little black cross (+) appear click on it and it will be added to your wishlist.

Now refresh again and you will find the item has a light blue square around it, so you can see it's a WL item easily :)

In user shops, yes - Subeta shops (main market) no :)

You can also access your Wishlist from Personal - Your Wishlist in the top navbar. Hope that helps!
