Here I am again! This time I need money for rent- HAH -so I'm going to open a few commission slots to maybe help me out. This means that yes, USD is much more preferred but I'll have one other slot open too.
`One rule before we get started though: Only one character per commission this time, please! That means no couples. I've learned I have to really be in a mood for that and most of the time I just procrastinate foreeeever on couple commissions so I'm just not even gonna deal with it this time haha. Sorry!

EDIT Okay, here we go! I would like it to be of Arthemis (there isn't much on her profile tbh). She is a girl but she's also 5 years old so! androgyny! :>
Appearance: She is much like her 'pet form', her skin is milky white and slightly see through though it has the texture of a frog or lizard. Her eyes are a pale green and her hair is pure white. She is extremely skinny due to starvation by scientists and also small for her age.
BG: Art is a child created by the government in a lab, she has a lot of scars from invasive surgeries by the scientists to learn more about how she functioned. She is highly intelligent, but has only book smarts, she has never been outside or seen the sunlight. She always tends to have dirty hands, knees, and feet; being small she tends to get around the complex by crawling in the ventilation system. Art only wears a white gown (much like you see patients in hospitals or psych wards wear in tv/movies) and is usually barefoot. She was not believed to feel pain so she has been cut open while awake, drowned to the point of near death, and poked and prodded like you wouldn't believe.
Sidenote: She is terrified of bodies of water.
For the art, I'm happy with something as simple as her standing front facing staring like she can see into your soul, with curiosity since that is how she view everything. But I leave it to your whim! And please please let me know if you need anything else!

Character background: He's from a royal family that morphs into dragons (well-guarded secret) and the pure descendants of that bloodline are all born with the runes that supply them the power to do so.
Some appearance notes: his face is really androgynous and slim (supposed to correlate to a serpentine dragon), and he's tall but I would say more bulky than slender (see full body ref)
build/fullbody reference sans the armor! If you can't read my messy writing, the runes are the ones on his face, chest, legs, and outer arms - on his arms they run from his shoulders to the tip of his middle finger, and on his legs they run from his upper thighs to his toes. I didn't put the symbols themselves, just the area where they would be. I just grabbed random symbols from here and here, haha! They're free for use. Also, his upper body is more muscular than it looks in my ref (since I'm not a very good artist so I can't draw muscles whoops)
I can't draw it at all so the armor ref is here, BUT since his runes glow and heat up when he gets aggravated/endangered, the armor has to be split in the middle of the chest (where his runes are) so it doesn't melt.
extra details: he can sort of spew fire in his human form before turning into a dragon, so can you draw him with either a) his nose red or b) his mouth slightly open with fire in it? Also! Can you make his eyes, fingertips, and the base of his throat glow reddish orange? + I'm not sure if it's possible but the runes glow white as well so if you could do that it would be lovely!
If you want to include weaponry, I was either thinking a two-hand sword or a whip. sword ref here, but with a straighter blade and simpler handle.

Also, you never said her hair style/length (unless I just missed it), so I put a basic hair style in in for now but if it's different let me know! Look here~
