I am sorry that you have experienced so many issues right after joining, but I am glad that you have stuck around!

It appears that those pages are trying to pull images off of an old server, so hopefully it is a quick and easy fix to get them working again. I will let the programmers/creative team know about them.

As was already mentioned, IE is not really compatible for Subeta. Chrome and Firefox are both good alternatives for browsing Subeta.

Question: How did you get to the shop that told you it was sold out and hadn't restocked for 44 years? Sounds like you got redirected to the wrong place!

The wardrobe is currently being completely redone. If you wish to change your HA, you can do so in the Beta Wardrobe (the link is also provided at the top of the current wardrobe page). To learn more about the changes being made to the wardrobe, check out this thread: Wardrobe!

If you hover over the bars on the pet page they will give you a tool-tip to identify them as happiness and health. Though, it could be nice if they actually said on them what they were displaying - you could even recommend it in our Suggestions & Ideas forum!

In fact, if you have any other suggestions on how to update the tutorial, I would love to see them over there. It has been revamped several times since I've joined and I often forget about it!

I'm really sorry for the walkthrough experience you had. The programmers have already been alerted to the issue, so hopefully they can address the problem soon. You might find the FAQ thread helpful, when first starting out. There is also an off-site subeta fansite, subetalodge that you may want to check out to see the types of items/pet colors available.

Wow. Thank you for all of the screenshots and information you've provided here - this is /really/ helpful to us. I am personally making this one of my top priorities to fix up art wise!

I'm so sorry that this was your first experience on Subeta! We're working really hard to tighten up the registration process by including a bunch of new (amazing) lore and content to get users immersed in the world right from the start.

Until then, I'm going to see if we can't just rip out all of the HA generation stuff and just make it a simple username, password, email, etc sort of setup.

Just popping into say that a new tutorial system is something I've been working on! I went through the signup process myself ( did, too!) and we were kinda horrified. Definitely something we're passionate about fixing, this is no good!
