THE PICTURE
The pet in question is, of course, Perdition. Whether you've seen Once Upon A Time (the show he comes from) or not is unimportant; all you do need to know is that he's the Mad Hatter, and he wears some very lavish clothes and a lovely top hat. The overlay you see there is the base in regards to colors and such, and he wears an undershirt, vest, cravat, overcoat, and hat. I have pictures of all of them:
Here is kind of a fullbody of what his underclothes should look like. Here is the detail on the undershirt and vest and cravat (er, scarf?). Here is a fullbody of the hat and coat, which should go down to his feet (it's pretty long). And I have two pictures to help with the detailing on the coat: 1 and 2.
No pants or shoes, so no worries there! c; If there's too much detail in his clothes, you don't have to worry about putting swirlies into his tail or his stitched bits. I'm happy to make a base overlay without these so you can see what it looks like. c: He's been beheaded in a past life, so it is very important that he has a scar/stitching around his neck! He wears the cravat to hide it, though, so if you can't work both the cravat and the scar in, don't worry too much about it.
As for poses and personality and that, he's kind of...broken. He's 'mad', but it mostly shows in ticks and twitches, not in a maniac personality. He's mostly the abandoned father character, and his minion is his daughter. If she could be included in there somehow (perhaps he's clutching the bauble to his chest or has the ribbon tied around his tail), I would really appreciate it and be willing to pay the extra for adding her in.
If you do livestreaming, it might be best to do that when you get round to mine, lol. I don't mean to make this so hard, and it might be easier to have me watching you as you work since there's so much detail involved in this. I'm sorry for making this so hard. ;n;

How much sP would I have to add, now that you know just how tricky this will be? I know the base price is 24mil for a fullbody shaded piece, but I think that the minion and sheer complexity of this will make it much more. ;n;

I got your payment, and the picture's nearly done (I was out, but I'm back to shade it and color the lineart), so it will be posted within a few minutes.
the clothing is a bit complex, but I rather like drawing materials, so I'll manage, though it may take some more time. the minion is not a problem as well... I think the items you offered + 5 mil SP would be a fair price, what do you say? and I've never done any livestream arts, but I can always send you some sketches, and if you want a specific pose or anything, I'll happily work with more detailed description :)

I always take the payment upfront, but you don't have to send me the trade right now. you can wait till we settle on a sketch, for example :) anyhow, I'll most likely work on it tomorrow, it's 10PM now and I haven't even looked at what I need to do for school, so I've got to run, loves!
He looks perfect! I LOVE the pose, its so playful and cute ❤ If possible, could the yellow bits on his eyes please be changed to white?
Is that the working size? If not could I please have it or a slightly bigger version?

I'm glad you liked it <3 most of the pictures you had in the album were in simple standing or sitting poses, so I went a little crazy for a change

I'd actually quite like to commission you for one with a background as well (playing or running across a field more specifically, with blue sky/clouds and without angel wings). Would you prefer to draw him three times or just the twice and this image instead of another backgroundless with wings?
I can just draw him once and send you a version with a background and another one without (to which I can add the wings as well), which would sum up to about 20USD, let's say... or draw two different pictures, but then you'd have to pay 18,50$ for the full one with the bg, and another 10$ for the second backgroundless. it's up to you really, I'm currently open for pound commissions so you can just ask me for as much art as you want xD though after I get two or three more I think I'll need to close the shop for a few days to catch up on them all.
It would be great if you could do a backgroundless version with wings <3

Thank you ❤ I really want to ask you to draw my dog that I had when I was a kid but I don't know if I have any good references of him or not because they were all taken on film cameras so probably aren't the best ever (and I would have to dig our the photographs so probably wouldn't be for a bit).
