Could you make the fingers on the waving hand a little longer, like the spaces between them? Does that make sense?

Hi, I'm back. Can I get a mixed media of Cap in his uniform, cowl down? I'm really fond of the mixed media piece you did of him. Since hands are a problem for you, you could always hide them in his gloves or have him holding his shield on one side, but not covering the front of his uniform?
