I think 2,5 mln for flat and 3-3,5 mln for shaded depending on how clean and shiny you want it to look.

I was doing humans recently, not animals, but to give you a general idea based on something dragged out of my current wip folders... rushed, clean Ah, and I'd probably require a few more pointers since it's a bit more realistic-looking than Subeta's style (Rreigns are all good and well but if there is any particular kind of dragon you'd want me to style it after or if you want a specific kind of scales or something...)

Afdjsk, sorry for the delay! After subeta kicked the bucket I didn't have the access to my scanner anymore and I like to first sketch things out traditionally and...
