Mix all three shades of blue into a sexy mop of streaks and chunks for a wild look yes plz. 3 should be the base and then 1 and 2 should be accents and stuff it would look awesomeeeeeee.

But um on a serious note I like 3 the most, followed by 1 for solid colors.

Personally I like the last (third) blue the most! And, certainly, I'm interested in the skull with feathers the most.
