DLC~ the stretch lace is definitely, since the back where the elastic is is a little rough, but I could fix that pretty easily by stitching it to some velvet or thick ribbon if you need me to, it'll just cost a little extra :) As for the normal lace, I honestly don't think so cause it's pretty soft, but if you're still tentative about it I could stitch it to some thick ribbon on the back :)
