Would you be comfortable with doing something of a... tattoo design? I'm looking to get one done on my forearm and have an idea of what I would like. If you've ever hear the Coastal Salish story of how Raven stole the sun, moon, and stars from another deity, it's gonna be based on that. The only problem is, erm, they have a lot of rules on how to draw things. I know the rules and am looking for a combination of a more modern style mixed with the traditional coastal artwork. I know this sounds daunting, but I would be willing to pay 8 million for a line art of it.

For his eyes can you make them either very light blue or grey

I am willing to attempt it certainly, and if we can't get it looking good enough for you, I wouldn't charge the full amount, just a little for the time. Honestly this sounds really interesting to me on an artistic level uvu;

Wonderful! So first thing I should mention is that I'm from a Coast Salish tribe, so I would rather have it in that style than Northwest style (it's not really known, but there are a lot of different styles in coastal Native art). The eyes are the most important piece of any artwork. And the specific rule about that is that they must be enclosed with a horizontal diamond shape. That shape can be stylized in any sort of matter, but the eyes /must/ be enclosed. As for the pose, it doesn't really matter to me, but I would like to see his wings. There aren't any specific rules with adding the inside spaces and curves, but only that none of them can touch the outline of his body. I guess you can think of them as being the "insides" of him. Lastly, I hope you can have the moon be in his beak. I think it would be best to just keep it as a circle rather than really fancy. If you choose to have his feet visible, could you add him holding the sun? again I think it would be best if they were kept really simple.
I should also mention that this is going to be on my forearm. And I'm totally open to your artistic interpenetration of this. c:
