What a beautiful overlay! May I know who drew it? Also, thank you for linking me to that background site! I'm usually very particular about art theft, and I would spend long periods of time trying to hunt down the original source of an image just to credit them properly (the guilt of not crediting them would crush me); but in this case, that background is from its original source so it'll save me some trouble (plus its legitimately free-to-use!).
