Wardrobe achievements are deltas right now - we'll tackle them in a bit
The old system was very old and the achievements have grown in ways that we did not plan in the beginning. The new achievements are much more scalable. And, yes, we are having some issues in the release, but we are actively working on the bugs and differences
Do you have Javascript enabled?
File a ticket and ask them to reach out to me. You can reference this forum post, too. I am sorry for the mixed communication and I'll update the import page
How many times did you import your achievements? Have you earned any in the last few days?
Time dependent achievements might have some issues right now. Just take a screenshot and submit a ticket. Though - as a small note - this isn't an achievement-centric issue and we are looking into it from other angles

Wardrobe-related achievements are known issues right now. Your progress is not lost and I would not worry about the count. If the problem persists after we've addressed the wardrobe achievements, we'll do some digging and figure out why. But for now - just hang tight!
I got to the last shop till achievement today and I got Unlocked Shop Till Saver! Have 500,000sP in your shop till, at one time! It should also say 972 on the forum under my ha, but it looks like its a little stuck at 970:3
Not on friday as I had all my achievements, but I think once on saturday. The only achievements I got were the pekaboo achievements and the hit the cap achievement on the 27th two weeks ago. So the forums show the correct amount, but my profile doesn't.
After comparing both of the achievement lists I'm missing 12 achievements - some of them are missing completely, as if not there.
Basic Shop Till Saver - 75,000,000 and 100,000,000 tier missing
Games Stock of Value - 50,000, 100,000, 250,000 and 500,000 tiers missing (achievement completely gone from the list) Stock Starter - 1 and 1,000 tiers missing (achievement completely gone from the list) Spectrail Score - 100 and 250 tiers missing (achievement completely gone from the list) Spectrail Cumulative Score - 1,000 and 2,500 tiers missing (achievement completely gone from the list)
There's also two achievements that I haven't gained, but my progress on them is completely gone:
Items Hoarder! - should be 344, is 0
Seasonal - Lumineve Free all the Fairies! - should be 338, is 0

I'm still stuck at 887 achievements, even though I got a new tier for Pete's quests today and same goes for Shinwa a few days ago. I don't know if I should try updating again because I fear it's just going to set me back before I did the quests :(
Don't import. You'll lose the progress. Achievement counts are off - we're working on it

I'm seeing the shop till one maxed out on your achievements. Do not import again otherwise you will lose the progress.
Aside from that - hold off for the counts - I'll explain more in a bit. But as far as the database is concerned, your achievements are correct. It might just not show properly on the site and we will adjust that accordingly

The Filled Wardrobe hasn't updated in days for me even though i have been adding items. Extreme VIP STILL doesn't show up for me even tho i have it. Yes i clicked the link to get it, still doesn't show up that i actually have it though. I also tried to reimport so i hope I didn't mess anything up, it said to remimport on the achievment page, but i have been hearing that can have bad consequences?
I know this isn't comforting to hear, but please hold off on Pekaboo and wardrobe-related achievements for a bit. We're having some issues with them and it will be better to look for the root cause of it and fix all at once than take them on individual cases (because then there'd be a lot of them!)
Just hang tight. You will not lose the achievement and we will not go without reimbursing it. :)
I just had the K sticker stuck to my album, it was the last sticker I needed, but I didnt get the achivement on the bottom of the page, nor did it show in the stalker bar wiget. I tried to check the achievement page but it just kept circling and circling, so I can't see if I got it or not
Matlal's Jewels Cumulative Score Get a cumulative score of 2,500,000 playing Matlal's Jewels. <---that achievement is missing in the games tab. I see now its in search though.
Please file a ticket for the achievements that you lost. You can ask them to pass it along to me.
As for now - don't worry about the achievement counts and do not re-import. Your progress will be reset to a few days ago.

Do I re-import to gain the Big Spender one, it's there but the count is wrong, it should show I've completed it.
Do I need to compare old achievement list with new one?
I'm unsure if I've earned achievements since that last import

So I'm sure I've sent out 250 wrapped gifts as of today and i still dont have the holiday helper achievement in the luminaire category. I have all of the statement tees in my wardrobe and i'm sure it hasnt given me that achievement nor is it adding wearables in my wardrobe for the filling wardrobe achievement. I think I did reimport my achievements one too many times because I wasn't aware what it was doing. So now what? Should I file a ticket?
The wardrobe achievements aren't currently working - we're working on getting them fixed as soon as possible :).

oh ok. I was just worried maybe I re-importing too many times, because I might've yesterday...or the day before... so I'm worried my achievements are off by whatever little amount now.
Adding: Dunno if I should call some attention to this "retired" achievement under the great pandemic category: Mmmm Pastries

It states I have opened one box, this is true. I did this a couple days ago, but the achievements say it's retired even though it still counted my box it never gave me the yellow pop up or event pop up on the sidebar...
