I wasn't actually offering busts and I don't know if you mean busts or waist ups? If it's the latter, your offer is a sizable percentage lower than what I had my prices as, but my prices didn't make any sense in the first place and I've just kind of made this a pay what you will shop, so that is fine, I suppose.

It's alright ^^ I don't mind waiting. I only know how to make a circle in photoshop lol, which is to use the eclipse tool(which is defaultly the rectangle tool, but you can click and hold to change it) while holding shift. If you can't get that though, it's also fine. I'll put it in myself~

To make a circle in sai, you take the curve tool, click your mouse on the canvas, and press delete to rotate the canvas until you've come full circle. I also should be able to do transparency with the update I found, but I'm not 100% on that as I haven't tried it out yet. If all else fails, I'll borrow Tree's computer for a few hours. You wanted cell shading, which is nice and easy on photoshop. ouo
