Ok, so basically the issue with this problem is that by the time it was reported to us, there was nothing really that we could do. We'd tested the timer before hand, and it had worked fine - once the competition was closed, we couldn't open it up again.

I would encourage people to not leave things until the last minute in future, but I'm sure a bit of Captain Hindsight is not exactly going to make anybody feel better here. I understand that you're frustrated.

Even if you had a blank stage, you'll still get your participation prizes (which will NOT be sold in the couture tab of the fashion yurts) - and there will also still be a way for you to get prizes once the finals start. I do apologise sincerely that our timer didn't work as we'd planned, and for the inconvenience it has caused.

Actually, one thing I /can/ do is make an extra participation prize. Is that something that would improve this situation? We really loved the effort you guys put into this competition, so I'm happy to give out two participation prizes instead of the one that we had planned.

You guys can even make a suggestion board about it - give us ideas on what you'd like?
