I'd ditch the kitty, anklet, and arm things. They don't match. Also, maybe change your mouth to neutral, it looks more...normal. (oh gosh, grammar but whatever) If you're going for a 'beachy' look then maybe add some sunglasses or even the cute little sunburn item. :)
