I redeemed a $20 UGC at about 3:30 PM EST; it's now 8:12 PM and I've yet to receive any of the CSC. I wanted to buy up the new backgrounds, I have plans for them!
And no, I haven't filed a ticket because it's not something Subeta itself can fix.

Well hopefully it'll come in before too long. I believe you can file a ticket after 24 hours though. Let's hope that doesn't need to happen. C: Good luck. I agree those new backgrounds are GORGEOUS!

They are, despite being Subeta official versions of a couple CW backgrounds.
I myself got some problem with Csc buying, been waiting for mine since yesterday afternoon, have filled a ticket ;_;

I hope you get your credits soon. : I've always got mine within a minute or two when I've redeemed a UGC.

I hope you're not still waiting? The UGC transactions might just be a bit swamped right now, with the sale going on. But it's pretty lame to have to wait for something like this to go through/get resolved when there's only a week for people to buy stuff. Not everyone can be on every day, after all.

I contacted UGC about it but because it's Memorial Day weekend, I'll have to likely wait until Tuesday for a reply if I get one at all.
Oh, I forgot about Memorial Day. :( If it looks like you won't get your credits in time for the sale and you need some CSC, let me know, would you? I can probably give you a loan or something. I just sold $30 for sP a few days ago.
