I know for sure I finished this plot yet never received a rod. I don't know why.

I did get an event for the last step. I didn't get the event where I was called grecla though, just my user name. I went to the greenhouse but didn't see anything. I knew there had to be more as I even saw the link in the news post. A couple of minutes later I realized I should go talk to Esther. Read the convo and saw we had to give the tempest a flower. I did. The convo mentioned her brightening up and smiling.

So what gives? Am I just screwed out of getting a plot prize?
