So, I referred my friend forever ago and I STILL haven't gotten my CSC. It says I have my one referral point, but it keeps saying that she hasn't finished either adopting a pet or earning 10k sP, both of which I know she has... So I'm wondering what is going on and why I haven't recieved those credits.

If you believe that you did not receive referral CSC that you are owed please file a ticket and a UA can handle that for you!

Gracias! Sorry, I'm just recently back so there are a lot of new forums and stuff I'm not familiar with. :p
