For now, if you you hit tab once after writing the message and then Enter, it will send the comment.

Is this happening to you guys still?

I know this is a bit late, but FF 31 had a number of issues. Just update to the latest and the bugs should subside.

Just as a heads up, this is something that will be fixed with a later update. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it until then.

Clicking on the tab button and then hitting enter will allow you to send the comment if you can't see the box. :)
