I'm interesting in potentially starting a blog were I only post some of my writing. But I'm not even sure if that's a thing.

Does anyone have one or some examples or ones you like to read?

Plenty of people have them! I've seen a few where people just post their short stories/drabbles/what have you, and some where they post character outlines and snippets of big projects they're working on.

Personally I enjoy both of those kinds of blogs, but they're a bit hard to find. At least, the ones I've found have been just side-blogs on tumblr, which just link back to the owner's personal blog as opposed to other writing circles. It'd be nice if there was some kind of community for those kinds of blogs, but I haven't found any yet.

I don't post my own writing on my blog (except for on an easter egg page) but I DO blog about writing - the types of writing blogs vary far and wide from writing advice to editors to agents to actual writing to writing challenges, etc. etc...

A friend of mine has a blog about writing-- though it isn't so much posting her actual work as it is being a writer and the obstacles, tricks, and advice it entails.

@ Volibear i use wattpad for mine, but i know a lot of people like to use tumblr.
