Yep, I've completed most of them and I can definitely say that it is giving out only retired items (which I will leave in my inventory if you guys want us to delete 'em). You guys might want to take Drills quests down tomorrow, since people in the shoutbox are having a party getting all those retired items.

Add a sticker to a friend's collection - tried two times - but Major Drill still wanted me to send a sticker to a friends album. Give your pet a ball to play with - my active pet didn't want so I gave Akamai the red ball to play - Major Drill still wants me to play with my pet and quest is not finished yet. Did ten quests so far today, 5 some days ago - got only Major drill related items as energy bar, ties, plugs, hat and additional Exhausted Maggot some days ago.

The prizes are back to drills prizes until they can fix the special ones. I made an announcement to the site update group.
As for the other stuff, was the sticker one part of a two part quest? If it was, it may be that is said something like "Do step number one then add a sticker" which means that you have to do the first step first.
With the red ball, your pet cannot be a full happiness. Which means if your pet said something like "This is boring" then you have to find a pet that is not at full happiness and play with that one.

Then it may be the came situation as the sticker. It might have said "do this" then "do this." When it has THEN instead of AND you have to do the steps in order.

Drills overcounts vending for me. For example I just did one where he asked for me to vend ten times, but after I did it three times it read as 10/10.
