Okay so i have a 14 yr old bro who thinks he is just the shit.

So i ask him to tell my mom (who he was on the phone with) to tell her that theres a musical at my hs that i want to go see! Well he yells at me saying

then he goes around saying hes a player and a gangster. Well his pants fell down and iw as like seriously pull ur pants up no one likes seeing ur ass. he says no cause hes a player who can do whatever he wants.

I almost beat him up.

no it was years ago and he knows now that if he ever says or does anything like that my foot will be so far up his ass it will come out the other ned, go back up his ass, and out again. If your parents won't do anything about his physically acting out against you, call someone who will. Neither you nor your mother are doing him any favors letting him think violence is acceptable. I'm serious.

I would hesitate to retaliate with violence, if only because you could be charged with assault for it, even if he's completely deserving of it. Unless he directly and obviously hits you first, you can't really do crap about it without risking a mark on your record. :(

Pranks however, totally acceptable in my book. And keep telling your mom, eventually she should catch on.

edit/ Try getting a tape recorder, that's what I did with my little sister when she started pulling that crap. The look on her face when I played back the tape in front of our parents was priceless.
