Mostly by small children because my hair is short. Some kids see long hair = girl short hair = boy.

I am unfortunately well endowed in the chest area. And Im not fat enough for people to think twice.

I've been mistaken for a guy before! In 4th grade I dressed up as Scream for Halloween and some dude gave me candy and was like "Happy Halloween, little boy!" and I was like "Uh. I'm a girl."

He didn't say anything after that.

And for some reason, I was trying to sell CDs for one of my bands at the mall, and someone thought the other guitar/bass player was a girl. I. couldn't. stop. laughing.

Never been mistaken for a boy before, so no. But the OP looks very much like a girl - but kids shamelessly speak their minds about anything and everything, along with many of them (in my experience) believeing that all boys have short hair, all girls have long.

You don't look like a boy to me. I've never been mistaken for the opposite gender since I've never had short hair except when I was three.

I get mistaken for a guy all the time in real life. It's more surprising when people can tell right away that I am a girl...
