It's a sign of athletic prowess. ;D
ugh Dana, dont play into it youre a woman and you grow hair. i don't get whats so wrong with it. upkeep between legs, pits, and pubes is too much for me sometimes.
sometimes i question whether i was born male or female just because i have more hair than i "should" for a girl.
I really don't care on other people. I just hate how mine FEELS. I'm super tactile defensive though. I don't know why the same hair bugs me on my own body but doesn't on anyone else, but yeah, there you go!
...I love veins. ❤
And happy trails. There's a bill board on here that has a guy with an awesome happy trail. It makes me smile when I see it.
He's so gorgeous. ❤
Haha. Yeah, I noticed that. I went to your profile to respond and couldn't find a comment box. :P
Like I hate it on me but couldn't care less on others :/ whatever you want... Right, so armpit hair usually equals armpit smell and I could live without that.
Other than that it's your body :P
I have sparse blonde hair. It doesn't grow a lot. I still shave because I'm a freak and -like- it.
THEY CAN'T BREAK YOU IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SPINE
this is weird. but like i shave legs and armpits. lol
I shave my legs, armpits, and arms. I can't stand body hair on me. Certain other areas are kept up, but can't be shaved because of irritation. I refuse to try waxing that area as well, given the fact that when I had my legs waxed, there were little spots of blood.
I love body hair on guys though. It's super-smexy, IMO. Like...Hugh Jackman kinda hairy, not Robin Williams.
I hate the way my hair grows. its really blonde so i like have to guess when i need to shave. my hair grows slowly on my legs too. i know its not right but i also shave my arms because i hate it when my arms get hairy.
oh and i agree with the bush. Girls shave it please!!! its a nuisance!
Working on filled wardrobe achievement. Almost at 12k!
i personally prefer the touch of soft skin on women. i dont 'expect it' but id certainly like it. nothing wrong with some hair on the arms but when its clearly visible (read; dark) its unsightly.
im pretty hairy myself, and if i was dating someone who would want me to remove hair anywhere id have no problems doing so. i pretty much keep all my hair in check, but i pay extra attention to make sure the pubes and my armpits dont get all overgrown like a jungle
i personally cant take men who shave all their hair seriously.
I shave my legs and armpits, and keep other areas trimmed and neat. I would shave, but shaving = irritation. I guess my arms are mildly hairy, but the hair is blond, and I really would rather not have to have another area to keep up with. I'm pretty lucky in the fact that my hair is mostly blond, so it's pretty much invisible. But I have to shave my legs.. I can't stand the feeling of stubble on legs. And honestly, armpit hair is gross to me.
On guys, I can handle fairly, manly hairy. But, nothing too gross. I have a friend who looks like freaking teen wolf, and I've had to see him shirtless more times than I can consider "fair" and it's just.. ew. It like.. grows in patches.. like a mix between Austin Powers and Steve Carrel in The 40 Year Old Virgin. He needs to shave or wax.

I used to be of the opinion that no one should have body hair ANYWHERE. Having a boyfriend changed that (for some unknown reason) and I've grown kinda fond of his leg and armpit hair. xD He doesn't have much other body hair though, so it's all good. I shave everything except my arms and.. head o_o My arms are really hairy (I'm German + Italian) but most people say they barely even notice it. Anything else on me grosses me out and makes me feel.. weird. D: I don't do it for any other reason than that.
I don't know about you guys, but I think seeing a lady with hairy legs looks pretty awful. :x
hair feels gross, i'd much rather be smooth. it's so worth it to me to shave often so i do. i'm also lucky because most of my hairz are light and fine so it's not a huge pain in the ass to shave daily.
I used to only shave my legs and armpits but, I've grown accustomed to shaving my arms every now and then. I have darker (not very dark) hair and I was never excessively hairy so it never bothered me too much. It was less about being socially accepted and more about personal preference of me enjoying soft, smooth skin; plus my pets use me as a scratching post, and nothing worse than ripping off a band-aid and getting a wax at the same time. Only thing I wax is my eyebrows when I shape them up, the thought of waxing down there seems unnecessarily painful, so I'll just stick to keeping it neat.
As for guys, I'm fine with some body hair as long as its neat. Trails are nice, but having a rug of chest hair is a little gross. My ex sort of shaped these views for me. He was incredibly hairy, and it wasn't just body hair it was his facial hair too. When we met it was trimmed and neat, soon he had a beard that started at his cheek bones and went down. He kept insisting he grow it out so he could braid it. I hated it and hinted that he needed to clean it up a bit, considering half the time you couldn't see his mouth for the hair. Plus the first time I saw him without a shirt was when he suggested we go swimming one day at the pool at his dorms. I met him there and when he took his shirt off, he looked like Steve Carrell from 40 Year Old Virgin, front and back.
