I'd probably plant my ass in front of the school board office and not leave until that teacher gets fired because even if he's normally a nice guy he obviously isn't always like that and he deserves to get fired.

That sounds kind of like a teacher at my school who is an absolute asshole. He picks on students whenever he pleases.

I got lucky and wasn't expelled, but I should have been since it was a level five offense and profanity to a teacher. Four days of cleaning but grounded for one third of the summer. Sucked ass.

I usually have all my hair up in a ponytail, or else it gets in my face too easily. Tyler does that, too, but it's a hell of a lot creepier when he does it. I'm like, 'DUDE, I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW YOU HAD A FOREHEAD.'

OH LOL. I just thought you'd appreciate this, it's kind of appropriate atm. The other day, I asked Tyler to take a picture of himself with his 36zo Strawberry Sunny D because I was jealous. And apparently, he didn't have a camera, so I'm like, 'Well draw a picture then!' And then I totally forgot about it. Like, ten minutes later, I get this message on MSN with a link in it. And I have never lol'd so hard in my entire life.

I always send so many random pictures like that to my friends. The sad thing is the 'random' pictures are always of men. Not that that's a surprise. :P fml.

They're always like 'I'M WORKING! STOP SENDING ME PICTURES OF DUDES!!' Then one of my guy friends is convinced that I'm trying to 'make him jealous'.

...Yes, I send him pictures of guys too. Just because I like to bother him.

...scary thought, but I actually have an easier time talking about guys to my straight friend, rather than the gay one. [Also, I think it's hilarious that whenever I'm talking about my two friends to someone who doesn't know them, they're always 'my friend' and 'my gay friend'.] But yeah, our tastes in guys is just so drastically different, we always end up arguing over something stupid, lol.

I can recall a conversation I believe I still have in my logs, dealing with the gayest straight guy I know.

Unless the school has documented reports from BEFORE this detailing the teacher's verbal assault, it may just end up being the teacher's word against the student;s, and most will side with the teacher, sad to say. Unless you were a direct witness to previous outbursts from the teacher, there isn't much you can do to go before the principal/school board ot plead his case. He will have to do it with his parents. If his parents decide to stand up for him and fight for his education, then it can be a good idea to start documenting and getting eyewitnesses to show the teacher's pattern of abusive behavior.

that sucks :( I've blown up on a teacher but got away with a warning, mainly because I didn't yell or swear. I just called them out on their bullshitting ways because they would treat me differently than the other giggly little twerps of girls. Just because I was bitter and snarky, haha.

They'd be blaming me for any disruptions and stuff like that (when I was quiet and angry 100% of the time :P). Major assholes, the bunch. It got a little better but they still hated me loads, I only got a B in some classes for not sitting with stars in my eyes on their lessons when the mentioned giggly twerps'd get As for laughing at dull teacher jokes. OH MAN.

Good luck to you and your friend :) are there witnesses to the teacher's name-calling? If there has been, it might be easier to prove since as many have stated, teachers word>student's word. Also, why is the teacher laid off? Did he do something, or what?
