I had a friend who got a Spectrum potion from the Vending machine on Sacred lands.

I'm saving all of the books I vend. That way I'll have one of each for the Book Drive and then I can sell the rest in my shop during. :3

I don't mind the books so much....I want the ice cream raining from the sky bit >.<

I always vend at Blue Sky for books, for my pet to read, my gallery, and for the book drive, so if you want to submit books I'd recommend it.

When exactly is the next book drive? I didn't see anything mentioned about it in the news posts.

Regarding the Reading/Book Drive - it was clearly stated in Jan-Feb that it was going to start "very soon". Well, it is now June in my world and it has not started yet nor has there been any mention of when it might start. No, I do not like to gripe about everything but this kind of thing gets very tiring.

Agrees with Sayonara_Baby. I don't care for their definition of 'soon'. -_-

A good idea. I got 365 books and more than half of those in the vending. Also, the books you get duplicates of you can just sell in your shop when the drive comes. Books will cost alot more than they do now because some people will go crazy and want the books. (i.e, new members, procrastinators, ex-hiatus members, etc...) I just really want that Dragonlance that is in there. I LOVE that book series. More than half my bookshelf is stocked with Dragonlance and I am having my friend order more for me....that will count for a couple tasty smoothies.

And, FabulousViolet, I think you have to turn in books, not make pets read books. "Welcome to the Reading Drive! Here, we take books from users like yourself to give to younger pets to read. I would hope that you promote reading in the younger generation, they are our future! Do you know what I hate? Television. It's ruining our brains. ... Right. So. Donate your books here!"

FabulousViolet: I think you get points. Go to the Games link on the side menu and find Reading Drive. It has the Scary book as a link pic. That will explain everything. I think they may get more items this year also.

I vended a lot of books at Blue Sky, as said before.. I have 340 now, but I'm getting doubles now. Any ideas on where to vend next? Even for a lesser chance of getting books, I need DIFFERENT ones. =/
