That's right, SNTM is here!
I am Riz, your host. I am looking for ten lovely models willing to dedicate themselves to becoming Subeta's Next Top Model. It won't be easy - You'll have to come up with the best costume, deal with harsh judges and endure the harsh criticism and training that comes with being a model. Not to mention our little twist - You have to use the same base for EVERY round.
That's right, you get to pick a base in the beginning, and that will be what you use until the end of the competition. Choose wisely.
This is just the tryouts. Make the base you plan on using and dress him/her up in an outfit that you feel suits him/her/your personality. Post said model along with a filled out form (see below).
The ten lucky people I choose will move on to the competition, where their creative skills will be put to the test. Prizes will be grand - I'll have them posted once the true competition begins.

Model Name: Calliope, Callie for short. :D Model Fashion Stereotype: Hippie/Bohemian Why You Want To Be Chosen: To earn a living for my twelve siblings. :( KIDDING. I want to be chosen because even though I believe I make good HAs, I still want to develop my style. ;)
I also have a question. Can we use eye items, like Archduchess Eyeshadow? Would that be considered changing the base?
Aiushtha - Ah, you found my loophole!
Items such as that do not count as changing the base. You can use them whenever you please and it will count as simply wearing makeup or contacts.
Nel - you may use wigs, but they have to go over the base hair and certain contests may say they are not allowed.
pops in Aah. Not much for the subtleties of fashion myself, but it'll be interesting to see what comes of this regardless.

Though I ought to clarify: if you choose a wig to count as part of your base and do not change it throughout the competition, you will not be told to take it off in any competition. It is only the wigs that people change in different competitions that can be banned.
